✓ For every house order, we offer a free gift: a Garden Kids playground house. If there are more than two orders, we also happily provide the additional gifts of a sauna and a bathtub.

✓ If there are more than 2-3 unit orders, we discuss with the client a reasonable percentage of the prepayment amount.

✓ For single orders, a 70% prepayment is required.

✓ House wall frame sizes are available in 200 mm or 250 mm.

✓ New build homes come with a 10-year warranty to provide homeowners with protection against structural issues and defects in workmanship.

✓ House deliveries are managed with our assistance, with clients covering the associated costs.

✓ From the client's side, they need to prepare foundations and provide communication, as well as ready-made project details.

✓ Production and setup time ranges from 3 to 8 months, depending on the quantity of orders.

✓ We have our own architects who provide consultation and drawing services.

✓ We provide 3D documentation for the main house frames, as well as floor plans for the chosen house presented in 3D visualization.

✓ If you have ready-made house project drawings for a stone house, no problem, we can convert them to wood.

✓ All houses include listed products from the product section up to the key.

✓ Assembly work is performed on-site, with additional costs for finishing work.

✓ We offer to create terraces around the houses for an extra cost.

✓ Included are showers, tiled floors/walls with a shower enclosure, and a kitchen unit.

✓ Electrical cables are included in panels.

✓ We do not provide main furniture in the houses.

✓ Included are main frame panels, wooden windows, a wooden sink, roof frames, concrete roof tiles, parquet or laminate flooring, plasterboards for the interior, plywood, parquet, and more up to the painting stage. More details are provided closely to the client's preferences.

✓ Also included are fireplaces in the houses.

✓ Included is heated flooring with a central recuperation system. Solar panels are not included in our offer. This section pertains to individual houses.

✓ Our facade system features great fireproof and waterproof materials, as well as thermo wood, including our special system.
