Who are we?

EKA Construction Group LTD / EKA derives its name from Scandinavian language, representing ecological construction, quality, and the spirit of life in housing. EKA houses are constructed using AAA class timber produced in Sweden, making them ecological, safe, and economically beneficial. Our innovative ideas, including the use of thermowood, contribute to their sustainability. Our wooden materials are impregnated and thermally treated, and our products come with a lifetime guarantee. EKA houses are certified for moisture resistance, fire safety, wind resistance, heat loss prevention, and soundproofing. 97% of our houses are built in panels at our factory in Latvia, with finishing work completed on-site. Additionally, we construct individual houses directly on plots, from main frames to completion. With extensive experience in wooden modular house construction, we have operated in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Switzerland for many years.
